Unsolicited mail or phishing pages hosted on our network. Include the full message headers or the exact URL.

Network abuse

Port scanning, brute-force attempts or DDoS traffic from our IP space. Include target IPs, timestamps with timezone, and log excerpts.

Copyright & content

Alleged copyright infringement — please follow the format in our copyright notice page.

Security incidents

Suspected compromise of our infrastructure or a vulnerability in our systems. See also the Trust Center.

Reports missing source IPs or timestamps usually can’t be investigated.

Email yihao@infraeon.ai with the subject "Abuse report". We acknowledge complete reports within one business day and update you on the outcome where legally possible.

If you are an Infraeon customer reporting an incident affecting your own services, contact the 24×7 NOC through your usual support channel instead — that path is faster.
