Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern services provided by Yihao Technology Co., Ltd. ("Infraeon", "we") to the customer named in the applicable order ("you"). Specific orders may add service schedules; if they conflict, the order prevails.
2. Services
We provide colocation, dedicated servers, GPU compute, connectivity and managed services from our Bangkok, Thailand facility, as described on our website and in your order.
3. Orders and term
Services start on the date we make them available and continue for the term in your order. Month-to-month services renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are as stated in your order or our published price list. Invoices are due within the stated period; late payment may incur interest and, after notice, suspension. Taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.
5. Service levels
We target 99.99% uptime for power and network, measured monthly. If we miss the SLA, you receive service credits as set out in the SLA schedule — credits are the exclusive remedy for uptime shortfalls.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the services for unlawful activity, spam, network abuse, or to infringe third-party rights. See Report abuse for how we handle reports. We may suspend services to stop ongoing abuse, with notice where practicable.
7. Customer equipment and content
You retain ownership of your equipment and data. You are responsible for the content you host and for keeping your systems patched and your credentials safe.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Thailand’s PDPA.
9. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim, except where law does not allow a cap.
10. Indemnity
You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your unlawful use of the services.
11. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. We may suspend for non-payment or abuse after notice. On termination, we return or make available your equipment and data as agreed in the order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the courts of Bangkok, unless we agree to arbitration.
13. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice for ongoing services; continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
