FAQ

Questions and answers

Do you have a customer portal?

A self-service portal for tickets, bandwidth graphs and power usage is rolling out to all customers. Until then, the fastest path is our 24×7 NOC — email yihao@infraeon.ai and an engineer answers, not a queue.

Is there API access?

API access for monitoring and provisioning is on the roadmap, with early access for managed-services customers. Talk to us if automation is a hard requirement — we’ll find a way to help today.

Do you run a public status page?

Customers receive proactive incident and maintenance notices directly from our NOC by email. A public status page is in the works and will be announced on this site.
