Submitting a copyright complaint
Yihao Technology Co., Ltd. ("Infraeon") is based in Thailand and handles copyright complaints consistent with applicable law, including, where relevant, notice-and-takedown practice similar to the U.S. DMCA. If you believe content hosted on our network infringes your copyright, send a notice to yihao@infraeon.ai with the subject "Copyright notice", including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact location of the material (URLs and, where applicable, IP addresses).
- Your name, organization and contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We acknowledge complete notices within one business day, forward them to the customer concerned, and may remove or disable access to the material where required.
Counter-notice
If you are a customer and believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice explaining why, with your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. We restore material following a valid counter-notice unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings within the statutory period.
Repeat infringers
We terminate services of customers who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
