Questions and answers
What currency do you bill in, and is tax included?
List prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Thai customers are billed with VAT on a proper tax invoice; THB settlement is available.
What counts as a billable month?
Monthly services bill per calendar month started. Hourly usage is metered per second and rounded up to the minute.
How do I get the biggest discount?
Reserve steady-state capacity on a 1- or 3-year commitment and keep burst usage on-demand. We’ll model the split with you from your real usage.
Is there a minimum first payment?
A $30 minimum balance starts hourly services. Monthly services bill in advance.
Can I change my commitment later?
You can grow a commitment at any time at the same discount rate. Reductions apply from the next term.
Do you offer promo credits?
Evaluation credits are available for qualified workloads — mention it in your inquiry.
