Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us (name, company, email, phone) when you inquire or become a customer.
  • Billing and contract information needed to provide services.
  • Technical logs from our network and facility systems (access events, ticket history).
  • CCTV recordings at our facility, for physical security.

3. How we use personal data

  • To provide, operate and support the services you order.
  • To bill you and manage our contract.
  • To secure our facility and network.
  • To respond to your inquiries and, with your consent, send product updates.

4. Legal bases and the PDPA

We process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), relying on contract performance, legitimate interest (security and operations), legal obligations, and consent where required.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run our business (carriers, payment processors, professional advisers), under contract, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Customer infrastructure data is hosted in Thailand by default. If personal data is transferred abroad, we apply safeguards required by the PDPA.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at yihao@infraeon.ai. You may also complain to the Thai data protection authority.

9. Security

We protect personal data with the measures described in our Trust Center: access control, encryption, monitoring and 24×7 operations.

10. Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
