Questions and answers
Do you offer relocation support?
We help with logistics for moves within Thailand and discuss support case-by-case for international hires into senior roles.
What languages do I need?
Thai or English, ideally some of both. Our working documents are in English; the floor runs on both languages.
Is remote work possible?
Operations roles are on-site by nature; platform and network roles are hybrid. We don’t offer fully remote positions.
Do you sponsor work permits?
For senior technical roles, yes — we handle the Thai work permit and visa process for the right candidate.
